Did you know that bananas can make pretty fabulous ice cream with all the richness, flavor and creaminess of the real thing? No ice cream maker required!
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tblsp cacao powder
1 tblsp peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Directions

Microwave the banana on high for about 30 seconds to soften it just a bit so it is easier to peel. (or leave at room temperature 10 minutes).

Peel the banana.

Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until everything is smooth. Do not refreeze.
