2 frozen bananas
3 cups frozen mangoes 450 g
2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
Directions

Place the frozen bananas and frozen mangoes into a food processor and let them sit for about 5 minutes, just so they soften slightly.

Add ginger and blend until fairly smooth and creamy.

Scoop out like ice cream and serve or place mixture into a container, cover and place in the freezer until serving.
