In my opinion, kale has never convinced anyone to eat less meat or to go vegan. If you want your family to try new things and to eat more plant, it has to be fun, it has to be tasty, it has to be familiar. What is more familiar than a Spaghetti Bolognese? They won’t believe it’s vegan!
