These tofu skewers are the best way to make everybody enjoy tofu. Perfect for BBQ, you can also bake them if you prefer. I suggest using extra-firm tofu and not overcooking it.
450 g extra firm tofu, diced |
1/4 cup soy sauce (60 ml) |
1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml) |
1 tbsp liquid smoke (or toasted sesame oil) |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
2 tbsp vegetable oil |
