This Chickpea Buddha Bowl is replete with so many of our very favorite ingredients. There is something about chickpea dishes that is so satisfying and delicious. This bowl is super healthy and very easy to make.
1-540 ml can chickpeas rinsed and drained |
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise 60 ml |
1 tbsp nutritional yeast |
1/8 tsp ground sage |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tsp maple syrup |
1/2 tsp salt |
Vinaigrette: |
4 tsp olive oil |
3 tbsp red wine vinegar |
1 tsp maple syrup |
1/2 tsp dried oregano |
a pinch of salt |
