Description

Simply the best red cabbage salad! 

Ingredients

1 small red cabbage, shredded (8 cups or 700 g)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (60 ml)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt

Directions

Place the shredded red cabbage in a large bowl.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

As soon as it boils, remove from the heat, pour over the red cabbage and mix well.

You can eat it right away, but the salad will be better after resting for a few hours.
